Refund policy
We offer a 14 business day return policy, meaning you have 15 business days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at store@adelaide36ers.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom Products: Items such as special orders, personalized items, and heat-pressed jerseys cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about any of these items.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be transferred into cash.
Exchanges
To get the item you want as quickly as possible, please return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
