Yes. Adelaide 36ers Store Gift Cards are available to purchase online and can be redeemed both online and in-store.

Gift Cards are electronic and will be emailed to the nominated recipient after purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Adelaide Metro: 2–5 business days
• Regional South Australia: 3–7 business days
• Interstate Australia: 3–8 business days
• International: Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Please allow additional time during product launches, Finals, Christmas and promotional periods.

All domestic orders will be charged a delivery fee. $25 for Express + Signature or $15 Standard + Signature. 

The cost of delivery to all countries other than Australia will depend on the destination and the weight of your parcel. Please refer to the shipping options at checkout to determine the delivery cost of your parcel.

Please Note: During periods of significant demand, Standard Post may apply to all orders. Please refer to your Order Confirmation email as it will show whether Standard or Express Post applies to your order.

Collection is available during normal trading hours. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting your purchase.

We accept returns within 15 business days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging where applicable

Proof of purchase is required.

Jerseys with heat press customisation (player names) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items, personalised products, gift cards and certain promotional items may not be eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact our Customer Service team to request return instructions.

Once approved, securely package your item and send it to the address provided. Return postage is complimentary.

We are unable to exchange items for a different size or style. If you want to swap the size or style, you will need to organise a return and place a new order for the item(s) that you require.

Alternatively, you can visit the 36ers Store at 1/215 Port Road, Hindmarsh, and exchange your item in store.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 3–10 business days.

Funds are returned to your original payment method.

• Clear photographs of the issue
