Auction Terms & Conditions

These Auction Terms & Conditions apply to all auctions conducted via the Adelaide 36ers online store. By placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

The Adelaide 36ers reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. By placing a bid, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Bidding Process

All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn. The highest valid bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid. The Adelaide 36ers reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any auction at any time.

4. Payment Terms (48-Hour Requirement)

The winning bidder must complete full payment within 48 hours of the auction ending. If payment is

not received, the bid may be cancelled, the item re-listed or offered to another bidder, and the bidder may be restricted from future auctions.

5. Pricing & GST

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs may apply.

6. Shipping & Collection

Items will be dispatched once payment is received. Shipping times may vary. Collection options may be available.

7. Game-Worn, Player-Issued & Signed Items

These items may show signs of use including wear, marks, or alterations. By bidding, you accept the condition of the item as described.

8. Authenticity

All items are guaranteed authentic. Certificates will be provided where applicable.

9. No Returns or Exchanges

All auction sales are final. No returns for change of mind, sizing, or visible wear.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Remedies apply where items are not as described or not authentic.

11. Fraud & Misconduct

Fraudulent or abusive behaviour may result in cancellation of bids or bans from future auctions.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Adelaide 36ers are not liable for technical issues, unsuccessful bids, or shipping delays outside of control.
